The Cangini Excavator Flail Mower is the perfect addition for excavators up to 6-7 tons. Made in Italy – Cangini Attachments are designed and built for heavy duty operations. Ideal for road side clearance of brush and trees as well as land clearing and management of urban green areas like parks and gardens.
Available in the US for excavators up to 7 tons with several different widths and motor options available to suit your machine and application.

Each flail mower comes with hammer tools as standard. Blades are also available and can be better suited to lighter applications like long grass and vegetation.
The Attachment Company manufactures mounting systems to suit all excavators. Therefore the standard lead time for building a double pin mount to suit your excavator is 2 weeks. However other coupler types may vary – you can contact us for an accurate lead time.

4 Bar Linkage Floating System: The floating system enables to mower to follow to contour of the ground with the machine staying at the same level.

Using the hydraulics from your excavator - the flail mower uses a hydraulic motor to directly drive the drum that is equipped with hammer tools or blades to cut long grass and brush materials.
Any excavator from 6.5 tons with a 2 way hydraulic circuit for running attachments, can run the flail attachment.
We will custom build a mount to suit your excavators pin diameters, pin centers and dipper stick width. For quick connect coupler style like Kubota, Bobcat Xchange and John Deere - we can also build these mounts to order. Since mounts are custom built, the standard lead time on all mounts is usually up to 2 weeks . However, you can contact us for more accurate lead times!
Cangini is a company that manufacturers attachments in Italy for export all over the world. In 2022, the Kinshofer group, acquired Cangini Attachments. The Attachment Company offers a few of the Kinshofer brands including Auger Torque and Solesbee's as well as Kinshofer's own attachments.
Blades and hammers are replaceable items that are commonly replaced after running the mower for some time and are available directly from us in the US. Similarly all other spare parts are available as needed directly from The Attachment Company.
